Greetings! I currently offer therapeutic massage, CranioSacral Therapy and am a practitioner of the Feldenkrais Method®. I graduated from Ashmead College in 2007 and this career has the been the perfect fit for me.

Most of my experience in massage therapy has been in clinical settings, working alongside chiropractors to help people recover from injuries and surgeries, as well as assist people in improving chronic dysfunctions. I am well-versed in deep tissue and myofascial techniques and I find these to be most effective when applied to recovery from acute conditions (sprains, strains, surgical intervention, etc). However, massage can provide wonderful relief from all kinds of discomforts.

In a Functional Integration lesson, we will look more closely at HOW you do what you do. Through movement and attention, we will access the mechanisms through which our sensory-motor systems adapt. And we all have plenty that we've had to adapt to. This is a work of slow, gentle movement that is safe for anyone of any ability. If you have a brain, you can do Feldenkrais. In a CranioSacral session, we will work with the body's own systems of healing and recovery to help restore a more vital and energized nervous system. When our nervous systems are at their peak, so are we. This is also a gentle work, especially relaxing and great for people with sensitivities. Click here to read more on CranioSacral therapy.
